Auto-Text Messaging for Certain Survey Responses
If a patient answers affirmative about suicide (or other alarming response), have the ability to create an template auto message to call suicide hotline, call 911, other. Right now the clinic is notified, but there is a delay before we respond. This would help tremendously in a court case. "Did you follow-up after the infusion?" - Yes "When you noted that the patient was in danger, what did you do?" - 12hours after their response, we called them." - This second answer wouldn't sit too well.
Clinic would like to automatically send the PCL-5
While patients can be automatically get the NSESSS to monitor PTSD, clinics would like the option to regularly send the PCL-5 to monitor PTSD as well.
Would be nice to allow occasional annotations so the patient could memorialize events other than ketamine administration. E.g., illness, funerals, etc.
Patient Satisfaction Survey
Would we be able to create a satisfaction survey to send to patients? "From 0-10 how satisfied are you with your treatment?" kind of thing.
Add Zapier Integration
Set up a Zapier integration for certain MoodMonitor triggers: notifications, new patients. Only send non-HIPAA data
Please add the WHO-5 Well-Being scale as a way to measure patient's subjective quality of life based on positive mood (good spirits, relaxation), vitality (being active and waking up fresh and rested), and general interest (being interested in things)
Create custom schedules for when individual patients receive surveys
Currently, MoodMonitor allows clinics to create customized schedules for when surveys are sent out on a clinic-wide basis. Clinician would like to be able to override the clinic-wide schedule and create a custom schedule on a patient-by-patient level when needed—allowing for more granular control of the survey schedule.
Add review of systems questionnaire
The review of systems (or symptoms) is a list of questions, arranged by organ system, designed to uncover dysfunction and disease. A ROS would allow clinics to code and bill for the infusion more easily.
